2011 Kia Forte Koup Overview

The 2011 Kia Forte Koup is a compact coupe from the first generation of Forte. Two trims are available: the EX and the performance-oriented SX. The EX comes with a 156-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a standard six-speed manual transmission, while a six-speed automatic is optional. The SX pumps out 173 horsepower from its 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine; a manual transmission is standard, with an optional automatic. Key safety features include front side airbags, side curtain airbags, antilock disc brakes, stability control, and traction control. The Koup also features tech highlights like Bluetooth, a six-speaker sound system with a CD player, satellite radio, and an auxiliary audio jack. For 2011, Kia slightly revised the styling and added a new six-speed automatic transmission.
