The 2011 RAM 2500 is a part of the heavy-duty pickup truck lineup from RAM. Available in five main trim levels: ST, SLT, Outdoorsman, Power Wagon, Laramie and Laramie Longhorn, it is a workhorse designed with capability and power in mind. There are two engine options: a 5.7-liter V8 generating 383 horsepower and a 6.7-liter six-cylinder Cummins turbodiesel engine that offers 350 horsepower. Both engines are paired to a six-speed automatic transmission, with a six-speed manual available for the diesel engine. Four-wheel drive is standard on the Power Wagon and optional on all other versions. Notable tech includes an optional 10-speaker surround-sound audio system and a hard-drive-based navigation system.
