The 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser originates from the fifth-generation of this robust brand, attracting many for its distinctive, retro-style design that recalls the iconic 1960s FJ40. It offers a single engine option: a 4.0-liter V6 engine that delivers a proper 260 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque. With a choice between a 5-speed automatic and a 6-speed manual transmission, it is a four-wheel-drive vehicle that’s genuinely off-road capable. The trims available are Base and Special Edition. Notable features include the standard Star Safety system (which consists of traction control, anti-lock brakes, and electronic stability control), Bluetooth, satellite radio, and an 8-speaker audio system. For 2011, the FJ Cruiser's horsepower increased slightly, and it also came standard with an electronic locking rear differential.
