The 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan is a compact crossover from its 1st generation of production. It comes with a turbocharged 2.0L I-4 engine making 200 horsepower, coupled to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, but all trims can be equipped with Volkswagen's 4Motion all-wheel drive system. The Tiguan is available in three trims: S, SE, and SEL. Each trim is well-equipped, with key features encompassing stability control, traction control, antilock disc brakes, and six airbags for safety, and a touchscreen interface for infotainment. The Tiguan also stands out for its ride quality, well-made interior and that it's one of the few compact SUVs to offer a premium-feeling cabin.
