The 2011 Volvo XC90 is a luxurious and safe SUV, part of the first generation running from 2002–2014. It's available with two engine options, a 3.2-liter inline-six producing 235 horsepower and a 4.4-liter V8 with 311 horsepower, both associated with a six-speed automatic transmission. The XC90 comes with standard FWD, although AWD is available. There are three trims available: 3.2, 3.2 R-Design, and V8. Safety features are a highlight, with standard roll stability control, anti-lock brakes, whiplash protection, and a plethora of airbags. Its interior is well-appointed with standard features including an 8-speaker sound system, Bluetooth, satellite radio, and leather upholstery. Notably, there were no significant changes from the 2010 model year.
