The 2012 Chevrolet Camaro, part of the fifth generation, offered an impressive lineup of five engines. This included a base 323-hp 3.6L V6, up to the beastly supercharged 6.2L V8, producing 580-hp on the top end model. It was available in both Coupe and Convertible body styles, with primarily RWD configuration paired alongside either a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. The Camaro was offered in four main trims; LS, LT, SS, and ZL1. Irrespective of the model, the 2012 Camaro showcased a retro-themed yet modern populated cabin, with standard features including Bluetooth and a six-speaker stereo. Given the car's commitment to performance, safety was not compromised, with standard safety features such as stability and traction control, antilock brakes, frontline side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags. A rearview camera was included in certain trim levels.
