The 2012 Kia Sedona was a part of the second generation Kia minivan lineup. It came with a 271 horsepower, 3.5-liter V6 engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission, proving much more powerful than most of its generation. It had two trim levels, the base LX and upscale EX, with a front-wheel-drive system standard across both. Notable features included dual sliding doors, Bluetooth, satellite radio, and USB port. The Sedona also provided excellent safety credentials, with standard stability control, anti-lock brakes, and six airbags. However, the 2012 Sedona lacked the critical infotainment updates seen in other 2012 models, like larger touchscreen displays and smartphone integration.
