2012 Lexus CT 200h Overview

The 2012 Lexus CT 200h is a part of the first generation of CT hybrids from Lexus, offering the luxury posh of a compact entry-level offering and the eco-sensitivity of a gas-electric powertrain. With a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine paired to a nickel-metal-hydride battery pack and a pair of electric motor-generators, it has a combined output of 134 horsepower. Its powertrain is front-wheel drive and is mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Available in two trims: base and Premium, it features a well-furnished cabin with upscale materials throughout. Safety features consist of standard anti-lock brakes, electronic stability and traction control, numerous airbags and so on. For infotainment, it came with an eight-speaker sound system and an optional navigation system with voice controls and real-time traffic and weather.
