2012 Lincoln Navigator Overview

The 2012 Lincoln Navigator is a full-size luxury SUV, available in two trims: base and L (an extended wheelbase variant). Both trims come standard with 7 seats, with an optional second-row bench increasing capacity to 8. Under the hood, the Navigator sports a 5.4L V8 engine, producing 310 HP and 365 lb-ft of torque. This power is delivered through a six-speed automatic transmission to either a rear-wheel or four-wheel drive setup. Its key features include 20-inch alloy wheels, heated and cooled front seats, Sync voice command system, navigation system, rearview camera, and a power liftgate. Optional features include a snorkel air intake and a hydraulic rear suspension shocks. Safety-wise, the Navigator comes equipped with standard stability control, anti-lock brakes, and six airbags. Despite its impressive features, the Navigator has a somewhat thirsty engine with an average combined fuel economy of 16 MPG.
