The 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser is part of the iconic model's first and only generation, introduced in 2007. A true off-roading vehicle, this SUV comes with a 4.0-liter V6 engine that produces 260 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque, paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Two drivetrain options are available: rear-wheel drive with limited-slip differential (standard) or a full-time four-wheel-drive system with a two-speed transfer case. It offers reasonable cargo capacity with folding rear seats and a washable cargo floor. In terms of safety, it consists of standard stability control, anti-lock brakes, and side-curtain airbags. However, its infotainment system is fairly basic, with a CD stereo and optional features like a six-speaker sound system and satellite radio.
