The 2013 Acura ILX is an entry-level luxury compact sedan, from Japanese automaker Acura. A part of the first generation ILX (introduced in 2013), it comes with three drivetrains: a standard 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with 150 horsepower, an optional 2.4-litre engine with 201 horsepower, and a 1.5-litre hybrid model. A five-speed automatic transmission is standard on the base model and hybrid variant, while the 2.4-litre comes equipped with a six-speed manual. The ILX is front-wheel drive across all trims. Three trims are offered: base, Premium, and Technology package. It's well-equipped with features like a sunroof, keyless entry, leather upholstery, and heated front seats. Tech highlights include a 5-inch information display, a six-speaker sound system, and the option for a navigation System if you choose the Technology package. Safety features include stability and traction control, brake assist, and multiple airbags. The 2013 Acura ILX also managed top scores in safety tests performed by IIHS.
