The 2013 BMW 5 Series, part of the sixth generation, is a luxury midsize sedan offered in both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. There are six trims available: 528i, 528i xDrive, 535i, 535i xDrive, 550i, and 550i xDrive. The 528i comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that produces 240 horsepower. The 535i has a 300-hp, 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six, and the 550i features a 4.4-liter turbocharged V8 with 445 horsepower. All models come with eight-speed automatic transmission. Key features include Adaptive Xenon headlights, active front seats, a head-up display, and a 10.2-inch iDrive infotainment system with HD Radio, Bluetooth, and USB port. Safety features include dynamic stability control, tire pressure monitor, BMW Assist eCall, and optional active blind-spot detection and night vision.
