The 2013 Ford F-250 is part of the Super Duty lineup of trucks boasting remarkable towing and payload capabilities. This full-size pickup truck, part of the 12th generation F-series, is available with two engine options: a standard 6.2L V8 producing 385 horsepower, and a 6.7L Power Stroke turbo-diesel V8 with 400 horsepower. These engines are paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The F-250 comes in five trim levels: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum, and offers rear-wheel or four-wheel drive. The 2013 model introduced the Platinum trim level equipped with high-end luxury features. For safety, the F-250 is equipped with standard front-seat side airbags, antilock disc brakes, stability control, and hill start control. A 4.2-inch display screen for audio and climate controls is standard, while higher trims feature Ford's Sync voice activation system and more extensive infotainment options.
