2013 Kia Rio 5-Door Overview

The 2013 Kia Rio 5-Door is a compact hatchback from its third generation. It is powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine producing 138 horsepower, paired with a standard six-speed manual or an optional six-speed automatic transmission. It's available in three trims: LX, EX, and SX. The LX comes with 15-inch steel wheels, heated power mirrors, a trip computer, and a four-speaker sound system. The EX adds keyless entry, power windows and door locks, bluetooth, and a six-speaker audio system. The SX adds 17-inch alloy wheels, LED taillights, paddle shifters for automatic variants, and a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with rearview camera, among other features. SiriusXM satellite radio and USB/Auxiliary input jacks are standard across all trims for the audio system. The 2013 Rio received a 4-Star Overall Safety Rating from NHTSA.
