2013 Volvo XC Overview

The 2013 Volvo XC60 is a luxury compact SUV, known for its emphasis on safety and upscale, comfortable interior. A part of the first XC60 generation introduced for 2010, this model is available in three primary trims: 3.2, T6, and T6 R-Design. Buyers have the option of a 3.2-liter inline-six engine that generates 240 horsepower or turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder that delivers 300 horsepower in T6 and a higher-performance version making 325 horsepower in T6 R-Design. The transmission is a six-speed automatic, and all-wheel drive is standard for T6 models, whereas 3.2 models get front-wheel drive as standard with optional all-wheel drive. Safety features include Volvo's City Safety system, which can automatically apply the brakes at low speeds to prevent a crash, front-seat side airbags, full-length curtain-type airbags, and antilock brakes. It also boasts a premium 7-inch display infotainment system.
