The 2014 Honda Ridgeline, the last model of the first generation, is a unique offering in the midsize pickup category. It has a unit-body construction, a smooth V6 engine producing 250 horsepower, and a standard 5-speed automatic transmission. All versions are equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension and a fully automatic 4WD system, which provides handling more akin to a car than a traditional pickup truck. The Ridgeline comes in four trims, including RT, Sport, RTL, and the premium Special Edition. Standard features include a power-sliding rear window, keyless entry, and air conditioning. Available premium features include a navigation system, heated front seats, and a sunroof. It does not lack in safety, either, with anti-lock brakes, stability control, front-impact airbags, and side curtain airbags, all coming as standard.
