The 2014 Mini Convertible is a small and stylish drop-top that effortlessly blends British charm with German engineering. Part of the second generation R57, it's powered by a 121-hp 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, with a turbocharged version producing 181-hp available for the sporty Cooper S model. Both drivetrain options are mated to a 6-speed manual or optional 6-speed automatic transmission. Key safety features include: anti-lock brakes, stability control, and multiple airbags. The Convertible also offers decent tech features for its time, featuring a 6.5-inch display with Mini Connected Infotainment that supports features such as web radio, newsfeeds, in-car apps and more. This model year did not see any significant updates.
