The 2014 Porsche Boxster belongs to the third generation of Porsche's illustrious roadster series. Presented in two trims: Base and S, the Boxster comes fitted with a 2.7-liter flat-six engine producing 265 horsepower in the Base model while the S variant sports a 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine delivering 315 horsepower. Each trim comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, but also offers an optional seven-speed automated manual (PDK) variant. Rear-wheel drive is standard across all Boxsters.
