The 2015 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen, part of the vehicle's seventh generation, is a versatile small wagon that boasts an aesthetically pleasing design and elegant interior. It is available with two engine options: a turbocharged 1.8-liter four-cylinder that generates 170 horsepower or a 2.0-liter TDI turbodiesel that produces 150 horsepower. A five-speed manual transmission is standard with the first engine, with six-speed automatic available as an option and default for the diesel. The model comes in three trims: TSI S, TDI S, and TDI SEL, featuring standard 15" alloy wheels, power-adjustable and heated side mirrors, Bluetooth streaming, and a 5.8" touchscreen infotainment system. VW’s Car-Net telematics system, rearview camera, and the post-collision braking system are also included for added safety. For the 2015 year model, all Golfs got a slightly longer, wider, and lower body, and improvements were made to cabin materials.
