The 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan is a compact SUV enjoying its second generation. Four trims are offered: S, SE, R-Line, and SEL, driven by a standard 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, which generates 200 horsepower and is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Notable for its strong performance and smooth ride, the Tiguan features front-wheel drive as standard with an all-wheel-drive option. Inside, S trim gets a 5-inch touchscreen while the SE and higher trims enjoy a 6.5-inch screen. All Tiguans are equipped with Volkswagen's Car-Net telematics system and Bluetooth. In terms of safety, it includes stability control, anti-lock brakes and six airbags. A rear camera is added from SE trims onward.
