The 2016 Hyundai Tucson is a compact crossover SUV that was completely redesigned for this year, marking the start of its third generation. Four trims are on offer: SE, Eco, Sport, and Limited. The SE features a 2.0-L inline-4 engine that produces 164 hp while the other trims are powered by a 1.6-L turbo-4 that delivers 175 hp. Depending on the trim, both engines come with either a 6-speed automatic or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard across all trims, with optional all-wheel drive. Inside, a 5-inch touchscreen infotainment system is standard, with an upgraded 8-inch screen available on the Limited trim.
