The 2016 Lexus RC 350 is a part of the first generation of RC coupes that debuted in 2015. A grand touring coupe in the luxury segment, the RC 350 came with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that delivered 306 horsepower and 277 lb-ft of torque. The RC 350 was available in rear-wheel drive with an 8-speed automatic transmission or all-wheel drive with a 6-speed automatic. In terms of tech, the RC 350 featured a 7-inch screen with Lexus's Remote Touch interface, a 10-speaker sound system, and options for navigation and a Mark Levinson premium sound system. Safety features included antilock disc brakes, traction and stability control, front-seat side airbags, front knee airbags, and side curtain airbags. The Lexus Safety System+ was offered as an option and included adaptive cruise control, a pre-collision system with automatic braking, lane-departure warning and intervention, and automatic high-beam headlight control.
