The 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is a compact crossover SUV returning for its sixth year on the market. The vehicle comes with two distinct engine options: a 2.0-liter inline-4 producing 148 horsepower and a 2.4-liter inline-4 upping the output to 168 horsepower. Infotainment features include a 6.1-inch touchscreen integrated with a rearview camer and optional navigation, with higher trims boasting a Rockford Fosgate audio system, panoramic glass roof, and leather upholstery. The Outlander Sport lacks some of the advanced safety features found in rivals, but it does include standard stability control, anti-lock brakes, and seven airbags.
