The 2016 Nissan Versa Note is a compact hatchback part of the first and only Versa Note generation introduced in 2014. It is powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 109 horsepower, mated to either a five-speed manual transmission (S trim) or a continuously variable transmission (CVT) for all higher trims. This front-wheel-drive car is celebrated for its excellent fuel economy and spacious, versatile interior. Available trims include S, S Plus, SV, SR, and SL, with the SV and higher trims offering a 5-inch color display for the NissanConnect Mobile Apps interface. Advanced safety features are limited, but a rearview camera is standard on SV, SR, and SL models. This model year saw the addition of standard Bluetooth connectivity across all trims.
