The 2017 Cadillac CT6 is a luxury large car that marks the second model year of the first CT6 generation. The CT6 offers a gamut of engine options, from a 265-horsepower turbo-four to a muscular 404-horsepower twin-turbocharged V6, all paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The car comes with standard rear-wheel drive, while all-wheel drive is available for enhanced stability. Four trims are offered – base, Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Platinum – with a step-up in lavish features as one moves up the hierarchy. Standard features include CUE infotainment system with an 8-inch display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a Wi-Fi hot spot, and a 10-speaker Bose audio system. There’s an impressive suite of safety features including front and rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and the Teen Driver system. For 2017, Cadillac enhanced its already opulent CT6 by adding a plug-in-hybrid model to its lineup and equipping all models with a rear camera mirror.
