2017 Honda HR-V Overview

The 2017 Honda HR-V is part of the model's first generation, which debuted in 2016. This compact SUV is known for its spacious interior and superior fuel efficiency. It comes with a 1.8L four-cylinder engine that produces 141 horsepower and is paired with either a 6-speed manual or continuously variable transmission (CVT). The HR-V is available in front-wheel drive (FWD) with all-wheel drive (AWD) option across all trims - LX, EX and EX-L. On the safety front, the 2017 HR-V includes features such as a rearview camera, anti-lock brakes, stability control, and front-side and side-curtain airbags. The EX and EX-L models also offer Honda LaneWatch, which uses a camera to show cars in the right-hand blind spot. In terms of infotainment, the HR-V includes a 5-inch color LCD screen in the LX model, while the EX and EX-L trims upgrade to a 7-inch touchscreen and also feature Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
