The 2017 Kia Soul EV, part of the first-generation Soul series, is a front-wheel-drive, all-electric subcompact SUV. Its motor produces 109 horsepower and is coupled with a single-speed direct-drive transmission. Additionally, it is equipped with a 27 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that provides an EPA-estimated range of 93 miles.
