The 2017 Lincoln MKZ is a mid-size luxury sedan from Ford's luxury division. Available in four trims — Premiere, Select, Reserve, and Black Label — this vehicle saw a significant refresh for this model year. Under the hood, it offers three engine options: a standard 245-hp 2.0-liter turbo-four, an optional 350- to 400-hp 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6, and a hybrid variant that combines a 2.0-liter I-4 with an electric motor for a total output of 188 hp. All trims, except the hybrid, can have either FWD or optional AWD. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard on non-hybrid models. Inside, the MKZ packs a Sync 3 infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Safety features include adaptive cruise control and pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection.
