The 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is a part of the fourth generation that launched in 2014. It is a luxury small car available in five trims: base C300, C300d diesel, C350e plug-in hybrid, AMG C43 and AMG C63. Engine options range from a 241-hp turbocharged four-cylinder in the C300, up to a 503-hp twin-turbo V8 in the AMG C63 S. A seven-speed automatic is standard in most models, with a nine-speed automatic in the C300 and a multi-clutch seven-speed in AMG C63. Feature highlights include an elegant cabin, a vibrant 7-inch infotainment screen, and the available COMAND® navigation system. Safety features include Collision Prevention Assist Plus and PRE-SAFE® system. For 2017, a new S-Class inspired Cabriolet convertible model was added.
