The 2017 Porsche Panamera represents the second generation of Porsche's high-performance sedan. Engine options include a 330-hp turbocharged V6 for the base and 4S models, a 440-hp twin-turbo V6 for the 4S, and a mighty 550-hp twin-turbo V8 for the Turbo variant. All engines are paired with an 8-speed PDK automatic transmission and AWD is standard except for the base model which has RWD. Five trims are offered: base, 4, 4S, Turbo, and Executive. Key safety features include front and rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking. The Panamera's infotainment system sports a 12.3-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, a 10-speaker audio system, and a Wi-Fi hot spot. Significant changes for 2017 include a full redesign with a more conventional rear profile, new engines, and a heavily updated interior.
