The 2018 GMC Acadia, in its second generation, is a midsize crossover SUV available in five trim levels: SL, SLE-1, SLE-2, SLT-1 and SLT-2. A 193-hp 2.5L inline-4 engine comes standard, or buyers can opt for a stronger 310-hp 3.6L V6. Both engines are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission, with front-wheel drive as standard and all-wheel drive optional. The Acadia includes an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system as standard, outfitted with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Safety features on the Acadia include a rearview camera, antilock brakes, and stability controls, while higher trims offer blind-spot monitoring, lane departure warning and low-speed automatic braking. As for changes since the previous model year, the 2018 Acadia features a new All-Terrain package available on the SLE-2 and SLT-1.
