The 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee is a fifth-generation midsize SUV. It's available in seven trims: Laredo, Limited, Trailhawk, Overland, Summit, SRT, and the high-performance Trackhawk. Engine options range from a 295-hp 3.6-liter V6 to a thunderous 707-hp supercharged 6.2-liter V8 in the Trackhawk. Transmission is handled by an 8-speed automatic across all trims. Rear-wheel drive is standard, with the option for various 4WD systems. Notable features include an 8.4” touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and available safety technologies like adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning with crash mitigation. For 2018, the Grand Cherokee saw the introduction of the high-performance Trackhawk variant.
