The 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class features a blend of luxury and performance that few competitors can match. Available as a sedan, coupe, convertible, or wagon, it comes in E 300, E 400, AMG E 43, and AMG E 63 S trims, each with its own engine: a 241-hp turbocharged four-cylinder, a 329-hp twin-turbo V6, a 396-hp twin-turbo V6, and a 603-hp twin-turbo V8, respectively. All trims pair these powerplants with a nine-speed automatic transmission; 4MATIC® all-wheel drive is optional on the E 300 and E 400, and standard on the AMG models. The E-Class boasts an incredibly luxurious cabin filled with top-tier materials. A 12.3-inch infotainment display comes standard, as do Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The model year’s updates included adjusting standard and optional features for each trim, with the sedan and wagon getting a new 3.0-liter V6 for the E 400.
