The 2018 RAM 2500, part of the 4th generation introduced in 2010, is a heavy-duty pickup designed for robust performance and towing capacity. It comes with three engine options: a 383-hp 5.7L V8, a 410-hp 6.4L V8, and a 6.7L turbodiesel I6 which produces up to 370-hp and 800 lb-ft of torque. It's available in either RWD or 4WD, with a 6-speed automatic or manual transmission. The RAM 2500 offers seven trims, from the base Tradesman to the luxury-minded Limited. Key safety features include front and side airbags, stability control, and optional parking sensors. The Uconnect infotainment system, with a 5-inch or 8.4-inch touch screen, incorporates Bluetooth, USB, and optional navigation. Notable updates for 2018 included an upgraded 8.4-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
