2019 Chevrolet Trax Overview

The 2019 Chevrolet Trax is part of the first Trax generation introduced for 2015. It's a compact crossover SUV that comes in three trim levels: LS, LT and Premier. Powered by a turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder engine that outputs 138 horsepower, it's paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is optional. The LS model includes a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto along with keyless entry, while the LT model adds satellite radio and upgraded upholstery. The Premier model features advanced safety features such as forward collision alert, lane departure warning, and rear parking sensors. The 2019 Trax has had no major changes and has received generally positive reviews for its cabin comfort and high-tech features but is often criticized for lackluster acceleration.
