The 2019 Porsche Macan, part of the first-generation Macan lineup, is a compact luxury SUV that draws its DNA from the iconic Porsche 911. The model received a mid-cycle refresh in 2019, which introduced a variety of styling tweaks and technology enhancements. Two trims — the base Macan and the more athletic Macan S — were powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder (248 hp) and a 3.0-liter V6 (348 hp), respectively, both paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (PDK). All Macan models featured standard AWD and comprehensive safety tech, including lane-departure warning and front and rear parking sensors. The infotainment system featured a 10.9" touchscreen and offered Apple CarPlay. While not sacrificing performance, it elegantly mixed practicality with luxury, offering up to 52.9 cubic feet of cargo space.
