The 2020 Land Rover Discovery is part of the vehicle's fifth generation, offering a blend of off-road prowess and interior luxury. It is available with either a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 petrol engine that produces 340 hp, or a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 engine that churns out 254 hp. Every model comes equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive. The Discovery has two trims, SE and HSE, both offering an option between the gas or diesel engine. Its infotainment features include a 10-inch touchscreen with Land Rover's InControl Touch Pro system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Safety has been addressed with standard features such as lane keep assist, emergency braking, and rear traffic monitor. The 2020 model saw the introduction of Land Rover's 'ClearSight Ground View' technology that allows drivers to virtually see through the hood and under the front end of the vehicle when off-roading.
