2020 RAM 1500 Overview

The 2020 RAM 1500 is a full-size pickup truck that continues in its fifth generation. The standard offering includes a 3.6L V6 engine generating 305 horsepower with a hybrid system which improves fuel efficiency. The other engine options are a 5.7L V8 with 395 horsepower, and a 3.0L diesel V6 with 260 horsepower. The RAM 1500 comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission and offers both RWD and 4WD options. It is available in seven trims: Tradesman, HFE, Big Horn, Rebel, Laramie, Longhorn and Limited. Standard tech features include a 5-inch infotainment system, but optional upgrades offer an 8.4 or 12-inch touchscreen, each with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Its safety features include a rearview camera, and optional forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency braking. The 2020 RAM 1500 is well-regarded for its smooth ride and upscale interior quality.
