The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA is an upscale compact crossover SUV in the second generation of the GLA lineup. Its standard powertrain is a 221-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with a front-wheel drive, while an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission facilitates the energetic ride. The AMG variants bring more power with up to 382 hp in the GLA45. Mercedes-Benz offers multiple trims, including the GLA250, GLA250 4MATIC, AMG GLA35 and AMG GLA45. Standard amenities feature a 7-inch touchscreen with MBUX infotainment system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a Wifi-hotspot. Safety highlights include automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitors, and the optional adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go. Key changes for the 2023 model year are yet to be announced.
