The 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is a compact SUV that bridges the gap between the smaller Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and the larger Outlander. It is part of the second generation, having undergone a significant redesign in 2022. Its powertrain consists of a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that offers 152 horsepower, it is mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission, and is available in either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Available trims include the base ES, LE, SE, and SEL. Safety features such as forward collision mitigation, a rearview camera, and lane departure warning are standard across all trims, while higher-end trims add blind-spot warning, lane-change assist, rear cross-traffic alert, and rain-sensing windshield wipers. The infotainment system comes with a 7-inch or 8-inch option touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and optional TomTom navigation. The 2024 model now comes standard with heated front seats on all trims.
