1940 Ford Deluxe

A perfect project for the talented DYI guy! All of the already performed fabrication and design was done by famed Custom car builder Mike Adams in Boca Raton Florida. Unfortunately the previous owner could not fulfill his dream of finishing it due to age and health issues. Countless hours of work and design over the past 13 years have been put into this car and the straight all steel body is basically ready for final prep and paint. Under the hood sits a Performance built 6.2 liter fuel injected LS3 engine with a Hot Cam rated at 480 Horsepower and backed by a built 700R4 overdrive transmission with a Billet lock up Torque converter with 3000 stall capable of handling up to 650 Horsepower. The front and rear independent suspension with rear differential are all C4 Corvette and rebuilt as well as powder coated and plated for show. The Wilwood 6 Piston brake package is still in boxes, full LS wiring Harness, new drive shaft, as well as a one piece wing window delete power window kit, new glass, new Bob Drake weatherstrip and seals, new running boards, new Deluxe modern grill, new front and rear tucked Chrome bumpers, new stainless trim, 37 Ford Tear Drop headlight conversion, New under dash vintage A/C unit, QA1 Chrome Coil Over Shocks and Oversized sway bars. The interior parts include a Glide Bench seat with foam kit, dual recliners and fold down armrest, Omega Instruments Custom Gauge cluster, Ididit Tilt Steering column, 2 spoke Classic Ford Steering wheel and new dash trim with glove box. This project has lots of potential with most of the parts to complete. The asking price does not even cover the cost of the parts and drivetrain.
