ANNOUNCEMENTPlease note that TESLA reacquired this vehicle due to a customer complaint concerning a light wind noise coming from the driver side, along with a minor infotainment concern where the touchscreen would occasionally reboot and experience difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi. These were comfort and technology-related observations that did not affect the vehicles drivability but were noted to ensure optimal sealing and system connectivity performance.TESLA fully resolved this matter under warranty. Both concerns were fully addressed by certified technicians. The left rear door secondary seal was replaced and the left front window glass was properly adjusted to eliminate the wind noise. Additionally, the vehicles main computer was replaced to restore stable infotainment operation and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity. Following these repairs, all systems are functioning properly as intended.In the interest of customer satisfaction, TESLA agreed to repurchase the vehicle.
