1993 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Series

These OBS trucks are still as popular today as when they were new, and it's easy to see why once you've spent a little time with one. This beauty has been treated to a respray in White at some point in its life, and the paint is still in good driver-quality. The front end features new horizontal brightwork framing a black eggcrate grille with a gold Chevy bowtie at the center. Beneath the grille is a gleaming chrome bumper with black guards and a black chin spoiler. Looking down the side, you'll see wheel lip molding and chrome & black body side molding with blue 1500 badging. Both sides of the truck sport body-color side mirrors and have Silverado badges on the B-pillars. Black window trim and door handles provide a nice accent to all the white. A black Duraliner bed liner covers the bed in excellent condition. This Chevy features all-new glass, including a rear window with a nice dark tint that's perfect for hot summer days. Above the rear window is a new third brake light. The tailgate wears a bright silver band with CHEVROLET across it in black, and behind the passenger rear tire is a single chrome exhaust tip. Speaking of tires, this Chevy sits on a great-looking set of Billet Specialties 5-spoke wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich G-Force Comp 2 tires (245/40ZR20 front, 275/40ZR20 rear). When you lift the hood, a courtesy light comes on to illuminate the very clean and stock engine bay. At the center is what we believe to be the original 5.7-liter V-8, topped off with black valve covers and a black air cleaner. You can see right away that the truck is equipped with power steering (with a new steering shaft), power brakes (front discs, rear drums), and R12 A/C that still blows nice and cold. The V-8 is mated up to a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission that sends power to the rear via a 10-bolt rear axle. Open the driver's door to find an exceptionally clean and well-kept blue interior. The door panels are OEM, with fabrics that match the seat and carpet at the bottom that match the floor, as well as controls for power locks and windows. The two-tone blue cloth bench seat with a 60/40 split is as comfortable as it is good-looking. The seat is manually adjustable with seatbelts for 3, and a storage box and caddy tucked behind it. In the caddy is a little extra bonus - a blue fabric dash cover to protect the crack-free dash. The dash is home to working factory gauges for oil, temp, battery, and fuel, as well as a tachometer and speedometer. The odometer reads 91,964 miles. To the right of the gauges are the HVAC controls and the factory stereo system. The climate controls work great with cold A/C, hot heat, and a strong fan. The factory stereo is inop (no power), but just to the right in the center of the dash is a new Pioneer MixTrax stereo that plays through the factory dash and B-pillar speakers. Beneath the Pioneer stereo is a pull-out cupholder for 2, a nice extra. Ahead of the passenger is an empty glovebox with the SPID sheet. The driver is treated to a nice new 3-spoke black and aluminum Forever Sharp steering wheel with a working horn button on a tilt column. Also on the column is a stalk for cruise control and intermittent wipers. The floors are covered in blue factory carpet in very good condition (with blue rubber floormats), and above is a tight blue fabric headliner. This Chevy also comes with a car cover in a carrying bag. This 93 C1500 is a perfect combination of good looks, a powerful drivetrain, and interior amenities.
