FOR SALE is a very original 1985 Porsche 911 Carrera. We purchased the car from its long-time owner in Redwood City. He purchased the car in 2003 and drove it sparingly over the years.

The car is finished in the legendary Guards Red over a stunning black interior. The exterior is in great shape, with deep, glossy paint. To my knowledge, the paint is original. There are no accidents, and the car has a clean Carfax. The interior is also in great condition. Please watch the video to see the cosmetic condition for yourself.

It is powered by its original 3.2L engine mated to a 915 five-speed transaxle. Mechanically, the car runs and drives great. The motor feels healthy, sounds great, and has plenty of power. The transmission shifts smoothly through all gears, and the brakes and clutch feel good.

During its last major service, repairs included replacement of the fuel pump, speed and reference sensors, head temperature sensor, oil pressure sensor, and fuel pump relay, along with sealing components such as valve cover gaskets, oil seals, and an axle boot.

The car sits on staggered 16-inch wheels, with deep-dish rears, and is equipped with Michelin tires that look practically new. It comes with its original tool kit, service manual, some service records, and old registrations.
