This fully custom build was complete by Downs out of Michigan who has specialized in custom composite bodies and custom frames. This build was ground up build with a custom Downs boxed frame and composite body. It is fitted with a Ramjet 350 paired to a 700R4 transmission and finished with a 9” Ford rear end. Chromed independent suspension up front and coil overs in the rear allow this hot rod to drive as well as it looks. The custom paint was done by the commissioner of the build and portrays his life as a surfing fireman. It is coming off a fresh oil, transmission, and differential service, battery, and power steering pump and ready to be a weekend warrior and the star of every Cars & Coffee.
