2012 Honda Odyssey MANUAL Rear Entry Wheelchair Accessible van for rent.
This van is equipped with a back-up camera.
This van will seat four passengers, and one wheelchair passenger.
The rear ramp width is 32 inches. The entry height at the rear door is 54 inches. The interior height of this van is 55 inches. This van includes 4 retractable commercial style wheelchair securement straps.

What You Will Need When Renting a Wheelchair Van:
Rentals are priced at $150/day INCLUDING taxes and fees.
150 miles/day is included in the rental price. .25 will be charged for each mile over 150 miles per day.
Valid Driver’s License for all drivers. Drivers must be at least 23 years of age, and at least two years driving experience.
Insurance card complete with agent’s name and contact info. Renter MUST have verifiable insurance coverage. Please ensure that your insurance policy covers rental vehicles, specifically mobility vans.
Pick-up dates, times, and location if you choose to have the van delivered.
· $150 deposit is required at the time of rental reservation. Deposit will be refunded at the time of return of the vehicle based on post inspection. A deposit is required to reserve the vehicle.
· Major credit card is required to hold the reservation (deposit required). (NO DEBIT CARDS)
Selecting the Right Wheelchair Van Rental
Choosing the correct vehicle depends on several factors:
Number of passengers: How many people will typically ride in the van?
Storage needs: Will you require space for luggage or medical equipment?
Wheelchair or scooter dimensions: Please see guidelines below for measuring your mobility device to ensure a proper fit.
How to Measure Your Wheelchair or Scooter:
Height: Measure from the floor to the top of the user’s head.
Length: Measure from front to back, including all equipment and protrusions.
Width: Measure from side to side at the widest point, including any accessories.
Weight: Combined weight of the user and mobility device.
Booking Your Reservation
To book a rental, you’ll need to provide:
Current driver’s license for all drivers.
Insurance card with agent’s contact details.
Pick-up and return dates, times, and locations.
Credit card to hold the reservation.
Inform the rental coordinator if the wheelchair or scooter is exceptionally large.
Payment and Cancellation Policies:
Payment is due in full at the time of pick-up. For deliveries, payment is required up to 72 hours prior to the delivery date. Van Rental is $150/day.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund is given with at least a 48-hour notice. Any cancellations under 48 hours incur a $75 fee.
Processing Fees: A 3% processing fee applies for credit card payments. No fee for debit cards.
Taxes: All required City, County, and State Taxes will be charged in addition to rental fees.
Vehicle Options:
Our most popular rental is a side-entry lowered-floor minivan, but we also offer rear-entry vans. Availability varies by demand.

Renters must be at least 23 years old
