Ford can make a fancy truck, and this one is fully loaded. The F-150 is the most purchased truck model ever, and when they go all out, they go all out! Even before you get in the vehicle, it greets you with a decked out chrome accented satin finish three bar style grille and the easiest remote start I've ever used from a key fob. Getting in is easier with keyless entry and auto-deploying running boards. The ridiculously luxurious driver's seat is all leather with 10 way adjustable power seat, complete with 3 memory seat settings for multiple drivers, and upon starting up and turning off it automatically adjusts for easier entrances and exits before going to the power seat memory setting. The steering wheel is loaded with features and controls, but the layout is simple and easy to understand, and the wheel itself is heated. The infotainment system and center console array have a lot of neatly organized features including the touch screen with Bluetooth connectivity, dual climate zone controls, heated and cooled seats, and audio controls for premium Sony speakers.

Driving such a large vehicle is easy; Ford designed this truck to be maneuverable and safe despite its bulk. It has a full sized screen for the backup camera, great visibility out the side and rear windows, and sensor based technology such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist. Off road and bad conditions are easy to traverse with the two speed automatic 4WD. There's plenty of power and fuel efficiency available from its 365hp EcoBoost 3.5L Twin Turbo V6 that manages to get 23 mpg on the highway and 17 in the city for a good balance that can handle anything from a lightweight gas budget to a max capacity load.
