1970 Dodge Super Bee

Rotisserie restoration! It is a real Super bee born with a pistol grip 4-speed, upgraded with a 440 6 pack! Not only is it stunning to look at, but it's a blast to drive too!

EXTERIOR: Striking colors! The Bright Blue Metallic paint has been applied with great attention to detail. The metal flake is laid out very consistent. Looking down the side of the body it is nice and straight. All the panels have been properly aligned with consistent gaps. The doors close easily with minimal effort. Most of the glass appears to be original. The functioning hood scoops, and bumblebee rear stripe will draw attention everywhere you go. The front grill is virtually a piece of artwork and has been totally refinished. A set of new 18 inch US Mag wheels really look lively on this car, they are wearing new performance tires.

INTERIOR: The perfect blend of new and original! Features include bucket seats with a console and the legendary Pistol Grip shifter. The dash features rallye gauges including a tachometer and a factory Am-Fm radio. The headliner, dash pad, door panels, seats, and carpeting have all been replaced. The visors, rear view mirror, gauges, gauge bezel, radio, climate control, steering wheel, door handles, seat belts, center console, and shifter all appear to be original but in remarkable condition. It's a blast stroking through the gears with that long throw Hurst pistol grip shifter. All the interior lights are working.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Screaming V8 with a 6 pack! The gargantuan 440 cubic inch engine has three 2-barrel carburetors wonderfully tuned and begging to be driven. It's been upgraded with high performance upswept exhaust manifolds and electronic ignition. The horns and squirters are hooked up. The battery is properly secured. All the hoses and wires have been replaced. The original fender tag is still in place. The underside of the hood, fender wells and firewall have all been painted body color with the same shine too.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The underside of the trunk lid and jamb are painted slick just like the body. A reproduction sticker was added, and the weather stripping was replaced. The trunk pan metal is solid and painted body color, there's a rubber mat protecting the paint. It's equipped with a full-size spare tire and jack assembly.

UNDERSIDE: With a detailed rotisserie restoration this car looks fantastic from any angle! Steering system was completely rebuilt. Suspension also rebuilt and upgraded with Gas-a-Just shocks. The emergency brake is hooked up. The exhaust system was upgraded with a cross over pipe and dual Dynomax mufflers. The gas tank was replaced and has all new lines too. Looking up at the 440 6 pack engine it looks fresh with neatly applied paint. The 4-speed manual transmission is VIN # matching. The floorboards are solid and rust free with body colored paint. It looks new under this Bee!
