The Sierra 3500 comes in rear-wheel and four-wheel drivetrain options. Inside, it offers an available touchscreen with navigation capabilities, along with satellite radio and OnStar telematics. While its safety features may not be as advanced as newer models, it does include notable features such as antilock disc brakes, stability control, hill-start control, and front-seat side and side curtain airbags.
