1992 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe Don't purchase a 1992 Corvette and squirrel it away in a warehouse hoping it will make you wealthy.  If you want to collect something that really might make a fortune someday, try coins, Hummel's, or hood ornaments, or a limited run of the Artist Formerly Known As Prince plates.  This car was made to be driven. It would be a shame to own it and have it any other way.  Imagine, someday opening the door to a Classic from 1992 which happens to be a Chevrolet Corvette.  Sporting a mere 23,683 actual miles on the body and draped in beautiful black this fiberglass piece of road sculpture sucks you inside.  As you take it all in it starts up and you are mesmerized by the roar of the V8 which is a very worked over LT4 502hp dyno proven engine.  With all the work performed by Corvette Paramedics over the course of 4 years and to the tune of $50,000 we now have a C4 'Vette with very nice comfy tan and black leather interior that nearly puts you to sleep, when suddenly you are awakened by a snap of your neck, and your right foot is to the floor, and you are speeding forward.  That someday could be as soon as today, if you contact one of our car specialists, or walk into our overwhelming mall, and hop in...you dreamer you! Exterior All pristine black covers all the fiberglass, which remains in good shape.  A few scrapes are noted on the lower body but otherwise the paint is looking beautiful.  A clamshell hood and black removable targa top are just the basics.  Further investigation reveals hidden headlights, body matching integrated bumpers front and rear, and aerodynamic straight fiberglass panels with well minded gaps throughout.  Simple badging, and round inset tail lights with dual dual horizontal chrome tipped exhaust are seen on the rear of the car and pop up headlights in full working glory protrude upward on the nose when headlights are turned on.  17-inch shiny Centerline wheels wrapped in nicely preserved radials adorn each corner. Interior The dream continues with black leather covered high back buckets that have tan panel inserts.  While being grabbed by this leather, use the side and console controls to electronically put you exactly where you want to grab the wheel, shifter, and press the accelerator to start your drive to hyperdrive speed.  A smooth black center console races forward to the dash, and houses some storage, seat controls, and the shift lever.  Moving up into the center of the dash is an AM/FM/Cassette/CD changer capable JVC radio, temp and airflow controls, all push button.  This panel makes a sharp left in an upward curve and melts into the analog cascade of orange numbered and lettered gauges, which huddle around a central vertical rectangular orange LCD readout for speed, and mileage.  Nice clean tan carpet with black Corvette embroidered mats covers the floors and storage area and shows little fading overall in the back. Drivetrain This is where things get juicy folks.  As the story goes, the owner of Corvette Paramedics was lucky enough to come into a stockpile of LT4 V8 engines and our consignor was fortunate enough to purchase one of the rare mills.  Let me catch my breath and get ready for some tech to be thrown at you, and awayyyyy we go...A former LT4 5.7L V8 now is displacing a 383ci of power thanks in part to a forged Eagle crankshaft, Eagle rods and Diamond pistons.  The block has been fitted with ported LT4 cylinder heads, a custom ground Comp Cams roller camshaft, and Comp Cams roller rockers.  Going further into this killer mill we note a port matched intake manifold and FAST XFI electronic fuel injection.  If that was enough of a power boost for you, a Procharger D1SC has been bolted on to provide an even further kick in the shorts.  Bolted to the back is a 700R4 4-speed automatic with a 3,200rpm stall converter that sends power back to a limited slip 2.59 geared rear axle.
